  •  Negotiated and settled an existing contentious $10+ million insurance claim. operate and put the mine on temporary care and maintenance. Renegotiated $40+ million of reclamation bond funding to ensure the Company had sufficient cash to

  •  Restructured an electricity purchase agreement with BC Hydro resulting in significant annual operating savings.

  • Assembled and led an effective and efficient accounting and finance team to finance, build on budget and operate a 235 MW run-of-river hydro facility and a 144 MW wind farm with a combined capital cost of $900 million over a four year period.
